  1. Introduction

Welcome to the Madeye AI mobile application (“App”), operated by Madeye AI Ltd (Company ID: 516439213), with registered offices at Hebrigda Hayehudit 15, Netanya, Israel (“Madeye”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

  1. Services Description

The App provides identity verification services, including:

  • Collection of basic personal details (first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number)
  • Face verification and biometric processing
  • Capturing a selfie for identity confirmation
  • Secure creation and storage of a facial template
  • Transmission of verification results to a designated IoT device owned or controlled by Madeye AI Ltd

The App does not provide facial recognition services to third parties and does not allow access to biometric data by external services.

  1. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to access, copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App’s biometric systems or data storage
  • Not impersonate another individual
  1. Biometric Processing Consent

By using the App, you explicitly consent to:

  • Capture of your facial image (selfie)
  • Conversion of that image into a biometric facial template
  • Secure storage of that template solely for verification purposes

You acknowledge that biometric data is sensitive and is processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Data Security

Madeye AI Ltd employs industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including biometric information. Facial templates are securely stored and cannot be accessed by any service other than Madeye’s internal systems.

  1. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, algorithms, and biometric processing technology, are owned by Madeye AI Ltd. No rights are granted to users except the limited right to use the App as described.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Madeye AI Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available”
  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
